2024 MAC Summer Camp FAQs

How do I register for the camp?

You can enroll for all of our summer camps by completing the camp interest form and submitting payment before May 1, 2024.


What is the camp schedule?

Camps will be running weekly in the morning and afternoons from June to August. Specific details on the weekly offerings are listed on our website.


What should my child bring to the camp?

Campers only need to bring a water bottle each day.

Is lunch provided for campers?

Lunch is not provided. However, if your camper attends both morning and afternoon camp sessions, please call or email to discuss arrangements for a supervised lunch. You will need to send a lunch from home.



How many campers are needed to "make" a camp?

Each camp needs at least 6 campers to “make”, otherwise there is potential for the camp to be cancelled. You will receive a full refund if a camp is cancelled.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Full refund: Available for cancellations made before May 1, 2024.

50% refund: Applicable for cancellations made on or after May 1, 2024, up to the Monday prior to the camp start (a week before).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within a week of a camp's start date (Monday before) or after a camp has already begun.

If MAC cancels the camp for any reason, you are entitled to receive a full refund.

Camp cancellation/refund requests must be sent via email.
